Purchasing a home can be a scary process. So many forms phone calls and "unknowns" happen through the process. All normal and natural parts of buying/selling a home but for us it was something we hadn't done in years. We could not have asked for a more patient and encouraging realtor. Elizabeth is highly motivated and to say she is a "go getter" would be putting it mildly! She was able to smoothly handle the purchase of our new home (which was a "for sale by owner") to actually selling our own home in less than 48 hours. Her ability to answer our many questions was second to none. Through the process Elizabeth made herself available to guide us through inspections working with financing filling out documents and answering any and all questions we had. no matter how "silly" they may have seemed. Knowing that she was a quick call or text away helped ease our minds through the process. It was evident in her words and in her actions that she was an advocate for us as buyers and sellers and she often explained things in terms we would better understand. The level of professionalism and respect Elizabeth gave was appreciated and we valued her honest opinions and suggestions as we navigated through the process. On more than one occasion Elizabeth went above and beyond what her actual "realtor" duties were to make phone calls and gather information for us that made things easier for us. Her fun and outgoing personality was contagious and that was evident at our closing when all parties met to sign. She had a fantastic rapport with other realtors and folks from the Title company and that eased our minds to actually see how respected she is in the realty field. Even after our closing Elizabeth has stayed in touch to make sure all is going well and we are settling well into our new home. After our first big storm she texted us to make sure we check our basement for water. There wasn't. This is just one (of many ) examples of how Elizabeth leaves no detail left to question. Elizabeth was absolutely outstanding!! From the beginning of the process of looking at our home we purchased and getting our previous house on the market she always had our very best interest in mind! She is so incredibly knowledgeable in her field and completely guided us in the right direction with every decision!
